SE Spa by Grand Velas is an award-winning 16,500+ sq. ft. wellness sanctuary featuring 20 treatment suites and the signature Grand Velas Water Ceremony, with a Jacuzzi, sauna, chromotherapy steam room, hot and cold lagoon, hydro-reflexology, experience showers and relaxation areas. Guests can choose from massages, facials, body wraps, hydrotherapy rituals, hand and foot treatments and beauty salon services. The Life Fitness Centre features treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, resistance machines and weight-training equipment, along with classes such as yoga, Pilates and Zumba. Personal training is also available for an additional charge.
