How far in advance should I set my destination wedding date?

Typically destination weddings are booked 6 - 18 months in advance. Many resorts will not have pricing available further than 18 months away, but please contact us with your vision and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I travel with my wedding gown?

Just make sure that you mention that you will be bringing your dress as a carry on, and we will add the notation to your booking. Once you have boarded the plane, a flight attendant will assist you with safely storing your dress in a dedicated closet or space.

What are the legal requirements for getting married outside of the country?

Every country has different legal requirements. We are happy to help answer questions around the legalities relating to your destination of choice.

I see that you are located in Canada, do you provide wedding planning services for couples from other countries as well?

Yes! However, since we are located in Canada, we can only offer vacation packages for Canadian departures. For the residents of other countries, we would still provide a wedding website for the couple and group hotel rates/room blocking. Flights and/or transfers would need to be booked separately but we can assist guests with this.

Can we make instalments towards our balance?

Yes! As long as your full payment is received by your deadline, we can accommodate instalments. Please ensure you fill out a credit card authorization form for each payment amount and date that you would like us to process your credit card.

I have my own wedding website that I created through The Knot, Zola, Minted etc. Do I still need the website you provide?

If you have a wedding website already, or are planning to create your own, you do not need to use ours. Just let us know so that we can ensure you are adding all the relevant travel information for your guests.
